Jake and all the trainers are so patient and really work with each client according to their abilities and without judgement. The gym is always clean and neat. This gym is so different from the other gyms. It’s not about the muscle show but moving for health. I highly recommend this for anyone 50 years old and older.

Just after 50 sessions, I have seen amazing results with TriFitness Gym. There is a united consistency with the coaches who have made this a fun experience every time I walk in the door. After almost 18 months at TriFitness, my strength, endurance and stamina have increased tenfold. The coaching is so very important to my engagement and encouragement to keep persevering.
